Yes, seems new in bronze! Not in Paris, BMC, or Strack.

 

I thought I had found it with BMC 754A (unillustrated), but that must be the different type of Victory, half nude, standing r., head l., as Paris 156 = Cohen 641.

 

If you like you could write Bernhard Woytek in Vienna, who is in the course of publishing (it's at the printers') a new Aufbau/MIR volume on Trajan.
