There are no known AR issues from Kaunos with the bull/sphinx motif and these design selections are more akin to Ionian than Carian mints. However, these small AE issues have been found proximal to Kaunos and on some a K-A legend provides little doubt that they are from the tiny coastal mint known for the winged Carian series. GK258
