ISLANDS off CARIA, Kos. Circa 350-345 BC. AR Tetradrachm (24.5mm, 15.05 gm). Theodotos, magistrate. Bearded head of Herakles to left, wearing lion skin. Stefanaki, Kos I, Series V, 9th Emission, 250 = Ingvaldsen 33b = Pixodarus 10b (this coin); HGC 6, 1302; SNG von Aulock 2747 (same obv. die); Boston MFA 2019 (same obv. die). Struck on exceptionally good metal for the issue. Wonderful old cabinet tone and extremely fine. Ex: Giessener Munzhandlung 48 (2 April 1990), lot 443. From a European collection, acquired by Tradart in the early 1990's. NAC 84, May 2015. CNG 103, September 2016.

Thanks much, Paul. I just try to keep adding attractive coins, and unfortunately it requires selling a couple here and there to keep it up.
