Rev. DIVO PIO SC Column of Antoninus Pius surmounted by statue of the emperor.

Very rare. This type was mainly issued for Denarius and Sestertius. Same dies as Lanz IV, lot 351 and CNG69, lot 1633:

Also, same obv. die as previous coin with funeral pyre rev., which confirms the rarity of this middle bronze issues.
