Asklepios standing facing left, sacrificing over flaming and garlanded altar out of patera held in right hand and holding staff around which a serpent coils in left; in left field, L gamma. Nlce coin, but I believe that it is actually Philip II as Caesar instead of as Augustus. Your coin was issued in year 3 (L gamma). Philip II did not begin issues as Augustus in Alexandria until late in his fourth year, and these are few (Emmett lists three types) and rare (one is Rarity 4 and the other two are Rarity 5).
