RIC VII, --; LRBC -- (Unpublished mint mark variety)
Note: RIC VII does not attest a series with a pellet anywhere on the reverse with the exception of a pellet within a wreath during 333-334. As this specimen has no other series marks in the exergue and field, and has two standards instead of one, I am ascribing this to c.330 AD when the GLORIA EXERCITVS series was introduced at Constantina with this exergual mark and no series marks. RIC cites two unique coins, one of Constantine I and one of Constantius II from this very first series, both residing in the British Museum. Possibly the series with the pellet field mark was minted immediately after the first series and before the next series from 330-331 with this same exergual mark but a star in the field or exergue.
