SISCPS in exergue (Mint Sisca) RIC Vol IX Siscia No 24b Ex Holway Hoard, Taunton Somerset. Bought Seaby March 87 No C118 Page 61 SC&M Bulletin. Ex Holway Hoard No 341 in the Inventory prepared by Roger Bland & Steve Minnitt and published by British Museum Publications in The Normanby Hoard & other Roman Coin Hoards 1988. Two examples of this type are recorded from Holway, one (No 340) is retained in Taunton Castle Museum - this coin in my collection is No 341 in the Inventory.
