Edward III Florin Coinage Penny - Mint London Obv: Crowned bust facing - Fleurs on Crown with 'Hooked' ends. +EDWR'o AnGLI o DnS o hYB (o = Annulet stops and apostrophe contraction mark after EDWR) Rev: Long cross quartered by trefoil of pellets. CIVI / TAS / LOn / DOn (n = Lombardic N's) Weight = 1.19 gms North 1113 (Type 1) Lombardic N's and Annulet Stops. (Early coins have Crown with 'Hooked' petals) See SCBI (Sylloge of Coins of the British Isles) Vol 39 No 1076 (Not this coin) SCBC 1543. Bought eBay Dec 2016.
