Elis, Olympia AR Stater (22mm, 12.05g, 6h). 90th Olympiad. Hera mint, circa 420 BC. Signed by "L…". Head of Hera right, wearing stephane decorated with palmettes connected by tendrils, "HPA" above, "Λ" below chin / Fulminating upright thunderbolt, F-A across fields, all within olive wreath.
Seltman 244 (same obverse die/reverse die missing); BCD 64 (same obverse die/reverse die missing); Delepierre 2130 (same obverse die/reverse die missing); Boston 1207 (same obverse die/reverse die missing) - UNPUBLISHED REVERSE DIE (RRR) !!!
APPARENTLY UNIQUE as the REVERSE DIE is unrecorded !!!

Struck in high Relief , well centered on very good Metal with a very beautiful old iridescent Tone!
