Rev. TR POT COS IIII SC Pietas or aeternitas, draped and veiled standing left, raising right hand and holding drapery from left hand.

The standing deity, appearing veiled without any specific attribute, may be Pietas or aeternitas as well (this one appearing indeed on other Antonine types as holding drapery with left hand, but holding a globe with the other hand).
