Solidus of Valentinian II AD 375 to 392 Obv:- Rosette-diademed,draped & cuirassed bust right DN VALENTINI - ANVS PF AVG Rev:- Constantinopolis, helmeted, seated facing, head right on throne ornamented with lion's heads, holding sceptre & globe; right foot on prow. CONCOR-DIA AVGGGB with CONOB in exergue. RIC Vol IX No 45b (Rare 3) Constantinopolis. Bought CNG via Classical Num' Review Vol XVIII No 2 1993 2nd Quarter - Item No 289 page 37 described as "EF with light graffiti"
