I think I saw this on the other board. Pretty interesting and visually appealing.

Looks like a photo of a coin with all of the unwanted areas brushed out in Photoshop and the image put in a frame?

What I did here was use Paint Shot Pro to cut away all the ares of the coin without detail. It gives a whole different look and allows the detail left in the coin to be seen without the clutter of the rest of the coin.
