Obv:- FL IVL CON - STANS PF AVG. Draped & cuirassed (?) bust right wearing diadem of pairs of laurel leaves alternating with rosettes. Rev:- VICTORIA DDD NNN AVG Victory seated right on cuirass, behind which is a shield, she is inscribing a shield, balanced on her knee and supported by a small winged genius, with VOT / V / MVLT / X. In the exergue the mintmark MHR. Mint Heraclea in AD 338 - 339. Subject of an article by Curtis Clay and published in The Celator Vol 15, No 7 July 2001. Formerly in the Collection of Phillip Madery and subsequently sold by him via Ebay January 2002 - and now residing in my collection.
