Antoninus Pius. A.D. 138-161. Æ medallion (37 mm, 42.38 g). Rome, ca. A.D. 145-161. ANTONINVS AVG PI-VS P P TR P COS IIII, laureate bust ring with aegis / Antoninus standing left, holding patera in right hand over altar at which he sacrificies; priest on temple steps officiating, acolyte below restraining pig; soldier in background standing facing.
