Numerian. A.D. 282-284. Æ double denarius (22 mm, 3.45 g). Siscia. IMP C NVMERIANVS P F AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust right / VOTA PVBLICA, Numerian and Carinus standing facing each other, sacrificing over altar between them; SMSXXI<font face=symbol>G</font>. RIC 461. Superb EF, brown patina with a touch of silvering.
